RP  77    Roger Beep

These Roger beep RP77 became indispensable for connections in radio traffic on short wave, VHF, UHF etc..
How the DX amateur radio and the satellite communication service showed, the use of a switching- or an acknowledgement- tone is particularly favourable and contributes to the success of a radiocontact.

These Roger beep is switchable with the toggle switch at the front plate: To Morse - K - , off   and beep, as well as other tone sequences on the SMD module, equipped with 4x CMOS-IC, 5-15V/DC. Switchcurrent on contact approx. 100 mA, 50V. PTT against ground.

Roger Beep tones have been used to signal more clearly the end of a transmission with SSB transmitters.

The Roger Beep tone in is a short tone burst (a beep or -K- or -T-) that is transmitted when the user releases the PTT button.
